Conservation Northwest protects wildlife, forests and wild areas from the Washington Coast through the Cascades Mountains to the British Columbia Rockies with a focus on larger predators, including the lynx and cougar.
T&D's is dedicated to providing a permanent safe haven for unwanted, abused and mistreated exoctic and wild animals. T&D's will accept as many of these animals as space allows.
"...T&D's will not sell, give or trade exotic animals...(and) does not condone breeding exotic or wild animals for the pet trade, private ownership or other exploitation...(we) strive to provide the best care (including diet, housing, behavioral and mental stimulation and veterinarian) for the animals."
The California-based Roar Foundation supports The Shambala Preserve and shares its mission to educate the public about exotic animals, advocate for legislation to protect them and provide a sanctuary for mistreated and neglected animals.
